East 100 feet; thence run South 676.8 feet to a point on the North line of
the Old Hot Springs Highway, which is 490.7 feet Westerly from the East line
of said NE114 NW1/4 measured along the North right of way line of Old Hot
Springs Highway; thence run Southwesterly along North line of said Highway
116.7 feet, more or less to a point (being the Southeast corner of the tract
of land conveyed by Clarence C. Reandeau and Virginia D. Reandeau, his wife to
Luna G. Craver by deed dated January 26, 1970, recorded in deed book 1097,
page 507), run thence North 1015 feet, more or less, to North line of NE1/4
NW1/4, run thence East 16.7 feet to the Point of Beginning.

the point on the North line of Old Hot Springs Highway which is 390.3 feet

way line (and being the southwest corner of the tract of land which was

right of way line of State Highway #5; thence in a Southwesterly direction
along said existing right of way line on a curve to the right having a radius

57'44" West along said existing right of way line a distance of 86.11 feet to
point for the point of beginning, thence continue South 87 degrees 57'44"

line a distance of 5.00 feet to a point; thence South 87 degrees 57'44" West

the proposed Northerly right of way line of said State Highway #5; thence North
