Dear Mr. Zinamon,
In reference to our site visit today, enclosed is the Certificate of Compliance that you will
need to continue your repairs to the porch ceiling and porch rafters.
Please contact me before any future work is done to the exterior of the building. I can
determine if it is a maintenance item that Staff can sign off on, or if it is a change in
materials that must go before the Commission for a public hearing. I am enclosing the
latest copy of the design guidelines. On page 96 and 97 is a handy chart for those
items that must have a public hearing.
Please sign the original yellow copy of the CDC and mail back to me. I will send you a
copy back. If it is more convenient, you may sop by my office at 723 West Markham.
