County, Arkansas containing 39.91 acres. LESS and EXCEPT all Easements and
Rights —of —Way of Record.
SURVEY DESCRIPTION — TRACT 2
Part of the Southwest One Quarter (SW 1/4) of the Southeast One Quarter (SE
1/4) of Section 18, Township 1 South, Range 13 West, in the City of Little Rock,
Pulaski County, Arkansas more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast comer of the Southwest One Quarter (SW 1/4) of
the Southeast One Quarter (SE 1/4) of Section 18 and being marked by a Set
Iron Pin and Set Steel Guard Post; Thence North 01' 39' 130 East along the
East line of the said Southwest One Quarter (SW 1/4) of the Southeast One
Quarter (SE 1/4) a distance of 2.39 Feet to a Found Iron Pin; Thence continuing
North 01' 39' 13` East a distance of 326.57 Feet to a Set Iron Pin and Set
Steel Guard Post and being the Point of Beginning; Thence continuing North
