LRW has no problem with fling this plat — sewer is available to both lots and no additional easements are required

All,
We currently have above ground facilities on the old lot line of lots 10 & 11 in the street ROW or easement. Any
cost of relocation of those facilities will be to the owner/builder/developer for any reason. I anticipate the pedestal to be
in the middle of a proposed driveway.

Please review these replats and forward any comments to Donna James at the Little Rock Planning Department.
The replat for Villa Vista is a combination of three lots into two lots. No easements or utilities are affected.
The replat for Pinnacle Valley changes the easement along the northeast side of the property from ten feet to three
feet. No utilities are affected.
