Any cost of relocation of those facilities will be to the owner/builder/developer for any reason. I anticipate the pedestal to be in the middle of a proposed driveway. The replat for Villa Vista is a combination of three lots into two lots. No easements or utilities are affected. The replat for Pinnacle Valley changes the easement along the northeast side of the property from ten feet to three feet. No utilities are affected.
