Dear Donna,
Please accept this letter as our request to pursue the construction of the storage building as indicated on the
site drawings for this project. We understand that this project is under consideration of the planning
approval. Our request is to start construction of this storage building as soon as our drawings are complete
and permitting is approved. We will abide by the screening regulations as required by City ordinances for
this project. Our intentions are to remove the existing building at the start of proposed project under
consideration. This building will have to be removed to start construction of the proposed new facility.
