Hi Brian, we need to install an exhaust fa i over the brew area to keep my poor brewer from melting. We
positioned our equipment to eventually i tilize a window opening in the north wall of the building (facing
towards the parking lot). What would be 3cceptable to put there? A standard "mushroom" ventilation fan
would probably stick out 30" put could u ilize the existing opening without any modifications to the building
itself; it could also be easily removed anc the piece of plywood that's currently there restored.
