in a local ordinance historic Jistrict. Our records indicate that shutters on the windows
facing 9th street were instal ed without a current building permit and were installed in
violation of this COA requirement. To bring your property into compliance with state
law, you must either removE the shutters on the windows facing 9th Street or obtain a
COA from the Little Rock listoric District Commission by filing an application and
fulfilling all requirements that 3of. One is attached for your convenience.
