This Corrected Plat and Bill of Assurance is filed this 7 _ day of
F-09r 2012 by Rocket Properties, LLC, hereinafter called Developer;
WHEREAS, on the 15th day of April, 2005, Developer filed a Plat and Bill of Assurance
for WOODLANDS EDGE which is filed of record in the Office of the Circuit Clerk and
Recorder for Pulaski County, Arkansas in Plat Book H303 and Instrument Number 2005032464;
and F(A+-#-- 2-017-00Ct7-13
WHEREAS, the lot pins along the rear lot lines were placed in error on Lot 24 Block 22
and Lot 25 Block 22, and whereas improvements were placed on Lot 25 Block 22 in accordance
with the incorrect pins.
NOW THEREFORE, a corrected plat of Lot 24R and 25R Block 22 has been prepared to
reflect adjusted lot lines and pins to allow all improvements to remain in accordance with the
way they were built and to eliminate any conflict with encroachments or setbacks.
All remaining provisions of the original Plat and Bill of Assurance remain in full force
and effect except as specifically corrected hereby.
