NOW THEREFORE, a corrected plat of Lot 24R and 25R Block 22 has been prepared to reflect adjusted lot lines and pins to allow all improvements to remain in accordance with the way they were built and to eliminate any conflict with encroachments or setbacks. All remaining provisions of the original Plat and Bill of Assurance remain in full force and effect except as specifically corrected hereby.
