Registered Professional Surveyor, and a plat thereof made which is identified by the title Lot 17R Block 10 Woodlands Ed e.
an addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas and the date July 2008 and by the signature of the said surveyor and the said
grantor, and bears a Certificate of Approval executed by the Little Rock Planning Commission, and is on record in the office of
the Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, in

The grantor does hereby certify that he has re -platted said real estate in accordance withI I plat. The lands embraced
in said plat shall be forever known as designated on said plat, and every deed of conveyance for said property shall use this
designation and shall be subject to the covenants, conditions, reservations and restrictions contained in Bill of Assurance filed
for record and recorded in Plat Book H , Page 408 ; records of Pulaski County, Arkansas.
The purpose of this instrument is to amend the current building
line to allow for the encroachment of the house
addition as authorized by the Board of Adjustment at it's meeting on June 30, 2008.
