This Corrected Plat and Bill of Assurance is filed this S day of
AuGusri , 2007 by Rocket Properties, LLC, hereinafter called Developer;
WHEREAS, on the 15`t' day of April,.2005, Developer filed a Plat and Bill of
Assurance for WOODLANDS EDGE which is filed of record in the Office of the
Circuit Clerk and Recorder for Pulaski County, Arkansas in Plat Book H303 and
Instrument Number 2005032464, and
WHEREAS, the plat incorrectly shows a drainage easement twenty nine and four
tenths feet (29.4') wide at the front of Lot 8 Block 22.
NOW THEREFORE, in order to correct said error, this easement is now shown as
an eight foot (8') wide drainage and utility easement on the corrected plat along and
parallel to the northern most lot line on said Lot 8R Block 22.
All remaining provisions of the original Plat and Bill of Assurance remain in full
force and effect except as specifically corrected hereby.
