NOW THEREFORE, in order to correct said error, a ten feet (10') wide easement is hereby shown on the corrected plat as an easement ten feet (10') wide along and parallel to the common lot line between Lots 14R and 15R Block 9, with seven feet (T) of such easement being located on Lot 14R Block 9 and, three feet (3') of such easement being located on Lot 15R Block 9.
