This Corrected Plat and Bill of Assurance is filed this /7 day of
2005 by Rocket Properties, LLC, hereinafter called Developer;
WHEREAS, on the 27ffi day of July, 2005, Developer filed a Plat and Bill of Assurance
for WOODLANDS EDGE which is filed of record in the Office of the Circuit Clerk and
Recorder for Pulaski County, Arkansas in Plat Book H408 and Instrument Number 2005063522;
and
WHEREAS, the plat incorrectly omitted a ten feet (10') wide utility easement on Lot 14
and 15 Block 9.
NOW THEREFORE, in order to correct said error, a ten feet (10') wide easement is
hereby shown on the corrected plat as an easement ten feet (10') wide along and parallel to the
common lot line between Lots 14R and 15R Block 9, with seven feet (T) of such easement being
located on Lot 14R Block 9 and, three feet (3') of such easement being located on Lot 15R
Block 9.
All remaining provisions of the original Plat and Bill of Assurance remain in full force
and effect except as specifically corrected hereby.
