This Corrected Plat and Bill of Assurance is filed this day of
�� �ubn , 2005 by Rocket Properties, LLC, hereinafter called Developer;
WHEREAS, on the 15"' day of April, 2005, Developer filed a Plat and Bill of Assurance
for WOODLANDS EDGE which is filed of record in the Office of the Circuit Clerk and
Recorder for Pulaski County, Arkansas in Plat Book H303 and Instrument Number 2005032464;
and
WHEREAS, the plat contained an incorrectly located ten feet (10') water easement on
Lots 20 and 21 Block 20.
NOW THEREFORE, in order to correct said water easement, it is hereby shown on the
corrected plat as an easement ten feet (10') wide along and parallel to the common lot line
between Lots 20R and 2 1 R Block 20, with eight feet (8') of such easement being located on Lot
20R Block 20 and, two feet (2') of such easement being located on Lot 2 1 R Block 20.
All remaining provisions of the original Plat and Bill of Assurance remain in full force
and effect except as specifically corrected hereby.
