The property is the east 180.12 feet of TRACT B Phase I, Cole Subdivision. Cole Subdivision is a one -lot subdivision. The remainder of TRACT B will be 20.0 feet in width. The seller, Freddie Reed, also owns an unplatted parcel immediately west of TRACT B.
