Laha a Registered Professional Land Surveyor, and a plat thereof made which is identified by the title ROCKY REPLAT And the date Date May 15, 2001 and by the signature of said surveyor and the said grantors and bears a Certificate of Approval executed by the Little Rock Planning Commission and is recorded in the Office of the Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorded of Pulaski County, Arkansas, in Plat Book Page � and the Grantors do hereby make this Bill Asurance.'' ! BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for a waiver of certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan for the City of Little Rock, for Rocky replat, as follows: Subsection a. That Section 31-175 requiring right turns lane to be constructed on Chicot Road within right -of- way be waived. SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
