Yeager 28 Scenic Point Little Rock, AR 72207 Gentlemen. - As agent for the Applicant, we are requesting that an existing carport structure be extended 8' southeast toward the centerline of adjacent cul de sac, and totally enclosed with a sectional garage door 7' high x 18' wide. These dimensions will allow for the parking of two mid -size to full size vehicles and allow for two detached parking spaces. In addition to the garage door there will be two "man doors" 32" wide x 80" high. The selection of door styles, siding and trims will conform to the existing style of the home. Existing shingle color and gutter/downspout profile will be extended. In addition to providing protection from weather elements, the applicant would like to enhance a more desirous level of security. My understanding is that most of the neighbors have been made aware of the proposed addition and agree that there are presently no issues. Please contact me should we need to meet or discuss further.
