We are requesting a variance to add 17.0’x 11.0’ sqft to our existing carport located at 506 N
Palm, Little Rock, AR 72205. The request is to increase the % of rear yard coverage with the
accessory structure. We want to use this space to park our 2nd vehicle under a roof to protect it
from the weather. We respectfully request your approval for this variance.
