The City has no comments on the final plat as submitted. Therefore, Department engineering staff recommends
recording of the final plat subject to review and approval of all utility companies. Once all utility companies have
approved, coordinate with Mr. Monte Moore on signatures for recording of the final plat with Pulaski County.

After reviewing the documents on this project, Summit Utilities has no objection to the proposed replat. However,
according to our records there is a Summit Utility gas main on the northern side Remington Drive that could be a
potential conflict. In order to verify that this line will not be an issue, we recommend calling Arkansas One Call at 811 to
have the location of all facilities marked.
