RE: Variance Request – Lot D-4, Tract 201(Unrecorded) Chenal Valley
Gentlemen,
The Owner, PotlatchDeltic would like variances to permit the construction of a structure on this
lot with a floor area more than 10,000 square feet. The Owner would like a height variance to
exceed 35 feet. Further, the Owner would like to plat a lot with an area greater than 5 acres.
The variances are from Section 36, Part 299 (a), (b) and (d).
Attached is the application, owner’s affidavit and proposed plat. The site plan and elevations will
be furnished under separate cover.
Please place this item on the agenda for the next meeting of the Board of Adjustment.
Can you tell us what the application fee will be. We will run a check down and pick up the sign.
