HomeMy WebLinkAboutS-1304 ApplicationORDINANCE NO. 18,413 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS PROVIDING FOR A VARIANCE TO ALLOW A LOT WITHOUT PUBLIC STREET FRONTAGE FOR RIPLEY ADDITION - PRELIMINARY PLAT (S-1304) LOCATED ALONG THE WEST SIDE OF STAGECOACH ROAD, APPROXIMATELY 500 FEET SOUTH OF BASELINE ROAD. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for a variance from certain requirements within the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Little Rock for Ripley Addition - Preliminary Plat (S-1304) as follows: Subsection A. That Chapter 31, Section 31-231 be amended to permit Lot 1 to have no direct public street frontage. SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage. ORDINANCE NO. 18.414 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A DEFERRAL OF SIDEWALK CONSTRUCTION ALONG STAGECOACH ROAD FOR FOREST GARDENS PRD LOCATED WEST SIDE OF STAGECOACH ROAD AND 500 FEET SOUTH OF BASELINE ROAD. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances is amended to provide for deferral of certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan for the City of Little Rock for Forest Gardens as follows: Subsection a. That Section 31-201, requiring developers to provide sidewalks construction along Stagecoach Road be deferred for a period of five (5) years or until Lot 2 development, whichever occurs first. SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage. The Board also approved the deferral of sidewalk construction along Stagecoach Road and a variance for a lot without public street frontage. These ordinances are also enclosed. Please submit three (3) copies of the approved site plan and preliminary plat to staff as soon as possible so that your file may be closed out.
