I inserted your linework (appreciate you sending that) into our drawing, and I have the waterlines shown on the
attached revised draft of the replat. Would it be sufficient to widen the current Drainage & Utility Easement in the
northeast corner to a 25 foot easement to give you the 7.5'+ needed for the waterline since it's designated as a utility
easement?

Does the location of the 15' water easement on the attached draft of the replat look correct? Trying to plot it from the
legal description was kind of difficult, so I used the sketch you sent me below along with the location of the water line
and made it the 55 foot length called for in the description.

WHEREAS, it has been deemed necessary to replat a part of Lot
BR- lA and BR-2 to create a larger lot for B1-A (to be called B1-AR) and
create lots BR-2, 'BR-3 & BR-4, this Replat and Thirty -Eighth Amendment to
Bill of Assurance of Chenal Valley Commercial Neighborhood is executed
for that purpose; and
NOW, THEREFORE, Bella Casa, for and in consideration of the
benefits to accrue to it, its successors and assigns, which benefits they
acknowledge to be of value, has caused to be made a replat,
a survey made by Daniel Havner, Registered
Land Surveyor, dated the day of August 2022, and bearing a
Certificate of Approval executed by the Department Comprehensive Planning
of the City of Little Rock, and showing the boundaries and dimensions of
the replatted property (the "Replat").
The filing of this Replat for record in the office of the Circuit Clerk
and Ex-Officio Recorder of Pulaski County shall be a valid and complete
delivery and dedication of the right -of- way subject to the limitations herein
set out.
The lots embraced and described in this Replat shall be forever known
as Lot BR- IAR, Lot BR-2, Lot BR-3, and Lot BR-4, Tract 13, Chenal Valley
GMAC Center, an Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and any and
every deed of conveyance describing same as shown on the Replat shall
always be deemed a sufficient description thereof. This Replat and Thirty -
Eighth Amendment to Bill of Assurance of Chenal Valley Commercial
Neighborhood amends the Bill of Assurance filed on September 30, 1996, in
the Office of the Circuit Clerk and Ex Officio Recorder of Pulaski County,
Arkansas as Instrument No. 96-68199, as amended (collectively "Bill of
Assurance"). Except as specifically amended by this Replat and Thirty- Eighth
Amendment to Bill of Assurance of Chenal Valley Commercial
Neighborhood, all terms and conditions of the Bill of Assurance, as
amended, remain in full force and effect.

I have reviewed this plat and did not find any conflicts with our existing facilities. However, please note that Summit
Utilities has facilities within the gas easement on the eastern edge of the property. Please call 811 if exact locations are
necessary for excavation. Please let this serve as our letter of approval for these plans.
