WHEREAS, it has been deemed necessary to replat a part of Lot BR to create a separate
lot, and dedicate a portion of the previously described real property to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas and this Replat, Right -of -Way Dedication and Thirty -Seventh Amendment to Bill of
Assurance of Chenal Valley Commercial Neighborhood is executed for that purpose; and
NOW, THEREFORE, PotlatchDeltic, for and in consideration of the benefits to accrue to
it, its successors and assigns, which benefits they acknowledge to be of value, has caused to be
made a replat, sh wing a survey made by Daniel Havner, Registered Land Surveyor, dated the
day of - 2019, and bearing a Certificate of Approval executed by the Department
o Comprehensive Plannin of the City of Little Rock and showing the boundaries and dimensions

of the replatted property (the "Replat").
POTLATCH DELTIC HEREBY DONATES AND DEDICATES TO THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS A RIGHT-OF-WAY DEDICATION FOR ST. VINCENT WAY
AS REFLECTED ON THE PLAT TO BE USED AS A PUBLIC STREET SO LONG AS THE
STREET IS UTILIZED AND MAINTAINED AS A PUBLIC ROADWAY BY THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
The filing of this Replat for record in the office of the Circuit Clerk and Ex-Officio
Recorder of Pulaski County shall be a valid and complete delivery and dedication of the right-of-
way subject to the limitations herein set out.
The lot embraced and described in this Replat shall be forever known as Lot BR -IA, Tract
13, Chenal Valley GMAC Center, an Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and any and
every deed of conveyance describing same as shown on the Replat shall always be deemed a
sufficient description thereof. This Replat, Right -of -Way Dedication and Thirty -Seventh
Amendment to Bill of Assurance of Chenal Valley Commercial Neighborhood amends the Bill of
Assurance filed on September 30, 1996, in the Office of the Circuit Clerk and Ex Officio Recorder
of Pulaski County, Arkansas as Instrument No. 96-68199, as amended (collectively "Bill of
Assurance"). Except as specifically amended by this Replat, Right -of -Way Dedication and Thirty -
Seventh Amendment to Bill of Assurance of Chenal Valley Commercial Neighborhood, all terms
and conditions of the Bill of Assurance, as amended, remain in full force and effect.
