AMENDMENT TO BILL OF ASSURANCE
OAKS BLUFF ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK PULASKI COUNTY,
ARKANSAS
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENT:
WHEREAS, on June 29, 2001, A. S. Rosen &,Associates, Inc. executed a certain Bill of
Assurance which applies to Oaks Bluff Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas and appears of record in the Office of the Circuit Clerk and Ex-Officio Recorder of
Pulaski County, Arkansas as platted on Book G, page 143 of the records of Pulaski County,
Arkansas.
AND WHEREAS A. S. Rosen & Associates, Inc. and Bosley Construction, Inc. are owners of
Over 50% of the lots in the Subdivision and desire to amend the bill of assurance as follows:
Set Back Regi&=ents: Lots 1 R and 8R are amended to be in compliance with replat dated
February 13,2002.
Said Bill of Assurance of Oaks Bluff Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas heretofore filed in the Office of the Circuit Clerk and Ex-Officio Recorder in and for
Pulaski County, Arkansas on June 29, 2001 shall in all other respects remain in full force and
effect.
Executed in Little Rock, Arkansas on the 13`h of February, 2002, with said corporate grantors
acting through their Presidents and Secretaries, respectively, and said officers being authorized to
execute this instrument by appropriate resolution of the Boards of Directors and Stockholders of
said corporations.
To amend set back restrictions on Lots 1 and 8.

corporation as such officers.
