Commencing at a found iron rebar at the Northeast comer of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast

distance of 135.07 feet to a found 1" iron rebar at the Northeast corner of Lot 1 of Riverside

and the Point of Beginning of the premises herein intended to be described; Thence along the West
