improvements and utility layers turned on. We have added proposed access easements along the

We were able to confirm that our existing facilities along the frontage of the site are within Chenal
Parkway ROW. The location varies from approximately 4' back of curb, to partially under the turning
lane.
Centerpoint Energy has no objection to the plat received on 4/2/2021.

I added in easement area (quite a bit) to be 25 feet south of where we located the Raw Water Line. Also,
we found an existing easement we had missed in the document you sent. That is now shown along the
water main that runs N-S near the west side.

The attached appears to cover our facilities and is acceptable. The UGE along Chenal likely belongs to
the City as they installed and own the streetlight facilities along Chenal. There are exceptions where we
have installed a inground black or green pedestal box or above ground green pedestal. We would own
the pedestal and short UGE running to the streetlight pole. That was done so that we could maintain
the bulbs in the streetlight. Those are typically on street right of way though.

Mike: We received the transmission line easement yesterday from Katina Givens and revised the
existing easement line accordingly. We also reference the easement document where the easement is
labeled and dimensioned. The only other electrical we found is a UGE line in the ROW area along the
north side of Chenal.
Please review and send back your approval as soon as possible.

The following additional notes to each are provided below:
Vince H: We verified the sewer manhole location you brought to our attention and have revised the
sewer line route. ArkUps had painted green lines heading toward and from the manhole lid in the street
so we initially assumed they were correct. This manhole turned out to be a junction box for drainage.
We have added 10' easements along all sewer lines on the site. The lines are all around 5 feet deep.
Vince F: We looked at the sidewalk layout and the walk can be placed along the ROW line and will match
up with the existing walks. No additional ROW should be required for the sidewalk.
