Subject: Rezoning Goodwin Manor
Hello, My Name is Leah Moulton.
I have been a resident In Ferndale, Arkansas for 38 years.
I moved away for a few short years and came back because I love my community so much.
On behalf of Jennifer Maune, I ask that you would please consider rezoning The Goodwin Manor Property on Goodson road to allow her to host Charity events, Garden Tours, and dining experiences
as well as utilize the property as her family residence.
This beautiful family and business would be an asset to our wonderful community.
With existing event venues in the area, I think it would be beneficial to add her charm to the list of things Ferndale has to offer.
