Good morning, attached is a petition that was started last Thursday....not much time. Most of Goodwins closet neighbors, who received notification when we went through this process
a few years ago did not receive notification this time. We found out about this application by accident. The only neighbor that we know of received notification is Deborah Reynolds,
and hers was sent to the wrong address, so she received hers last Thursday. Her property borders Goodwin Manor on top of the mountain and is approximately 50 from their driveway and
parking lot. Thank you
