Learn why this is important I am writing to share my support for the rezoning of Goodwin Manor which is located on Garrison Road. The rezoning of this property will follow the precedent that has already been set for years. There are already  Event Venues located in close proximity to the neighbors in that area. Again, the rezoning of Goodwin Manor  would allow the Mr. and Mrs. Maune to use this home for their residence for their lovely family, but at the same time allow Mrs. Maune, who is a top rated chef, to provide opportunities to give back to the community with her gifting! Chef Maune has hosted charitable events giving thousands of dollars back to the community. She is generous with her time and money to share her talents to serve others who are in need. So many of these events have been a dinner to a small group of people who are willing to enjoy a beautiful meal in her home to give back to others. With this property being Mrs. Maune’s home; it will be used in a way that will be considerate of her family, neighbors, and residents in the area. As an excellent chef who is highly sought after, she is aware of the need to have only  events or dinners in her home, on occasion, that would not be a conflict with her neighbors. She is a very considerate  individual who will always be thoughtful of her neighbors and the community because it be her home as well. She is woman of high character and her immediate thought process will be to make sure that all neighbors are satisfied with the events held in her home. She will ensure minimal noise and traffic issues. Knowing Mrs. Maune, she will always do her best to maintain a balance being a good neighbor in the community when having any event in her home. I genuinely approach the Planning Commission to approve the rezoning of this property to allow a balance between community engagements while regarding her neighbors and quality of life desired in this neighborhood.  Sincerely,  Julie Pruet
