NOW, THEREFORE, the Grantors have caused the land to be surveyed by McGetrick &
McGetrick, Inc., Engineers and Surveyors, and a plat made thereof, identified by the title
"Richdale / Hughey Replat, Little Rock, Arkansas". The plat bears the signatures and seals of
Patrick M. McGetrick, Registered Professional Engineer, Robert C. Lowe, Jr., Registered
Professional Land Surveyor, the signatures of the Grantors, bears a Certificate of Approval
executed by the Little Rock Planning Commission, and is filed for record as Plat # 17 -"9 $ in
the Records of the Circuit County Clerk of Pulaski County, Arkansas.
The filing of the plat for record shall constitute a complete and valid delivery of any and all
easements and/or rights -of -way shown on the Plat.
The lands embraced in the plat shall be forever known as Richdale / Hughey Replat, Little
Rock, Arkansas, and every deed of conveyance shall bear the lot designations as indicated on the
plat.
All Building Codes and Zoning Ordinances of the City of Little Rock shall be applicable.

SECTIONI. That Chapter 3l ofthe Code of Ordinances be amended to provide fora deferral
of certain requirements within the Subdivision Ordinance and Master Street Plan for the City of Littic
Rock for Richdale / Hughev Replat. as follows:
SL1bsCCtI0II a. That SCCtlon 3 1-282 requiring abutting street to be constructed in
accordance with Master Street Plan be deferred. Specific deferral is for commercial
street improvements including sidewalk for Stanton Road for 5 years until
development of Lot 1 or adjacent development. whichever occurs first.
