described as follows: Beginning at the northwest comer of Lot 7, Stagecoach Village, Tract A, Phase 1, to
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas- filed as Document No. 2002146960, and run thence South 6°31'52"
East along the west line of said Lot 7 for 5 feet: thence North 83°28'09" West parallel with the south line
of Stagecoach Village Circle for 30.93 feet to the beginning of curve with a radius of 53.63 feet, a
Delta angle of 52°4441" and a bearing & distance of South 70°09'31" West 47.65 feet; thence curving to
the left along the are of said curve for 49.37 feet. thence North 46012'40" West for 10.00 feet to the point
of beginning of a curve having a radius of 63.63 feet, delta angle of 32°06'04" and a bearing & distance of
North 59°50'29" East 35.19 feet; thence curving to the right along the arc of said curve for 35.65 feet to
the west line of said Stagecoach Village, Tract A. Phase 1; thence South 14°34'29" East along the west
line of said Stagecoach Village, Tract A. Phase 1. for 5.06 feet to the point of beginning of a clue having
a radius of 58.63 feet, a delta angle of 20°36'01 ". and bearing & Distance of North 86° 13'50" East 2096
feet: thence curving to the right along the arc of said curve for 21.08 feet: thence South 83°28'09" East for
30.93 feet to the point of beginning of said easement.
