more particularly described as follows:
Tract D Green Mountain Subdivision and a part of the SW114 of the
60 SE1/4, Section 33, T-2-N, R-13-W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, being
more particularly described as: Beginning at the Northwest corner
of Tract D, Green Mountain Subdivision as recorded in Book A Page
858; thence NO2.19'40" W, 154.65 ft. to a point on the South line
of Lot 342, Walnut Valley Addition to the City of Little Rock as
recorded in book 29 page 84; thence N89.45'55"E along the South
line of said Lot 342 to the SE corner thereof and a point on the
West right-of-way line of Green Mountain Drive; thence
S00.49'57"E along the said East right-of-way line 85.27 ft.;
thence Southerly along the arc of a 576.48 ft. radius curve to the
left and the said West right-of-way line a chord bearing and
distance of SO4°12'00"E, 69.51 ft.; thence S89'44'29"W, 130.07
ft. to the point of beginning, containing 19,888 square feet or
