KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENT
That whereas we,Samuel M. and Kimberly Brockinton are the owners of: Lots 34, 35, 36 & 37, Block 2,
Country Club Heights Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas. We hereby dedicate the following
street radial to the public, which is described as follows: Part of Lot 37, Block 2, COUNTRY CLUB HEIGHTS
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, PULASKI COUNTY, ARKANSAS, described as: Begin at the Northwest
comer of said Lot 37, thence S 89039'35" E, along the North line of said Lot 37, 20 feet; thence along a curve to the left
with a 20 foot radius and a chord bearing and distance of S 45"1712" W, 28.2 feet to the West line of said Lot 37;
thence North along the West line of Lot 37, 20 feet to the point of beginning.
That we, Samuel M. & Kimberly Brockinton, hereinafter termed grantors, have caused the said tract of land
to by surveyed by Brooks Surveying Inc., Professional Land Surveyors and a plat thereof made which is identified by
the title of Lot 37R, being a replat of Lots 34, 35, 36 and 37, Block 2, Country Club Heights Addition to the City
of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas.. By the signature of the said surveyor and the said grantors and bears a
Certificate of Approval executed by the Little Rock Planning Commission and is on record in the Office of Circuit Clerk
and ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas as Instrument No. X0 I'A0 3 s l -7S and the grantors
do hereby make this Bill of Assurance.
The grantors do hereby certify that they platted said real estate in accordance with said Plat. The lands
embraced in said plat shall be forever known as designated on said plat and every deed of conveyance for said property
shall use this designation.
The purpose of this plat is to make 4 lots into one complete lot..
All Buildings and structures constructed on said property shall conform to the rules and regulations of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas.
The filing of this Bill of Assurance and plat for record in the Office of the Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of
Pulaski County shall be valid and complete delivery and dedication of the streets and easements shown on the said plat.
