A tract of land being part of Lot 27, 28 and 29 of Worthen's Subdivision of the Fractional
Southeast Quarter, Section 33, Township 2 North, Range 12 West, Little Rock, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, as shown in Deed Book 5 at Page 160 of the'Pdl/I§ki County records
being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point 1060 feet East of the Southwest comer of said Southeast Quarter,
Section 33; thence North 06 degrees 30 minutes East to the South bank of the Arkansas
River; thence Southeasterly along the said South bank to the center of Worthen Bayou;
thence meandering up the center of id bayou to its in
Westerly tersectioalong said Townshipv�th the Township line

to the Point of Beginning containing 3,927 acres more or less as shown on a survey by
Forrest Marlar, RLS No. 96, dated December 15, 1998.

Arkansas, being more particularly described as: Beginning at a point on the South line of
said Section 33 (being the Township line between I North and 2 North, F ange 12 West)
1060 feet East of the Southwest corner of said Section 33; thence West along the said
Township line 235.46 feet; thence North 6 degrees 30 minutes East to the South bank of
the Arkansas River; thence Southeasterly along the said South bank to the center of
Worthen Bayou; thence meandering up the center of said bayou to its intersection with
the Township line between 1 North and 2 North, Range 12 West; thence Westerly along
said Township line to the point of beginning containing 7.908 acres, more or less, being
subject to right of way of the Railroad and the Old Perryville Road (Old River Road), and
also being subject to easements of the various general utility locations thereon as shown

Quarter of Section 33, Township 2 North, Range 12 West, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
more particularly described as follows:
Commence at the Southwest comer of said Fractional Southeast Quarter; thence South 89
degrees 50 minutes 22 seconds East, along the South line of said Southeast Quarter, 1060
feet to a 1/2 inch rebar and the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence North 89 degrees 50
minutes 22 seconds West, along said South line and the South line of said Lot 29, 144.12
feet to a 1/2 inch rebar and a point on the Northerly right of way of the Union Pacific
Railroad; thence North 67 degrees 03 minutes 57 seconds West, along said right of way,
94.72 feet to a 1/2 inch rebar; thence North 06 degrees 31 minutes 47 seconds East,
740.82 feet to a point; thence South 83 degrees 48 minutes 29 seconds East, 8.80 feet to a
point on the water line of the South bank of the Arkansas R1V4r is lcated October 22,
1980; thence the following courses and distances along sa'.d water line, North 62 degrees,
