1. THE TWO EXISTING CAR DEALERSHIP PARKING LOTS (LOTS 22,23) AND
THE ONE PARTIALLY DEVELOPED PARKING LOT ON THE NEWLY
DEVELOPED LOT (LOT 24) ARE TO BE MADE ONE LOT BY A REPLAT
SUBMITTED ON BEHALF OF THE OWNER BY THOMAS ENGINEERING.

PARKING LOT INTERIOR LANDSCAPE AREA: 8% OF
DEVELOPMENT REQUIRED

4. BUILDING ANWOR SITE SIGNAGE IS UNKNOWN AT THIS TIME. THE
DEVELOPER WILL INCLUDE ANY SIGNAGE TO BE PERMITTED IN THE
FUTURE SITE AND BUILDING PERMITTING PROCESS.
5. FUTURE SITE LIGHTING WILL COMPLY WITH ALL CITY REQUIREMENT:
AND SHALL BE SUBMITTED FOR REVIEW AT FUTURE PERMITTING.
6. THE TYPICAL PARKING STALL DIMENSION SHALL BE 9'0 X 16-0"
7. FUTURE BUILDING PLANS AND PERMITTING SHALL ADDRESS THE
STORM WATER DETENTION REQUIREMENTS OF THE CITY.
