KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENT:
THAT WHEREAS, Randall Marr and Valerie Marc are the owners of Lot 1, Brady Home
Demonstration Club Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski. County, Arkansas, and desire to replat said
lot.
NOW, THEREFORE, WITNESSETH:
That we, the said Randall Marr and Valerie Marr hereinafter termed grantors, have caused the
said tract of land to by surveyed by Donald W. Brooks, Professional Registered Land Surveyor and a plat
thereof made which is identified by the title of LOT 1R. BRADY HOME DEMONSTRATION CLUB
ADDITION, being a replat of Lot 1, Brady Home Demonstration Club Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Pulaski County, Arkansas and the date December 11, 199& By the signature of the said surveyor and the
said grantors and bears a Certificate of Approval executed by the Little Rock Planning Commission and is
on rec d in the Office Circuit Clerk and ex-offzcio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas in Plat Book
, Page and the grantors do hereby make this Bill of Assurance.
The grantors do hereby certify that they replatted said real estate in accordance with said Plat.
The lands embraced in said plat shall be forever known as designated on said plat and every deed of
conveyance for said property shall use this designation -
The filing of this Bill of Assurance and plat for record in the Office of the Circuit Clark and ex-
officio Recorder of Pulaski County shall be valid and complete delivery and dedication of the streets and
casements shown on the said plat.
The purpose of this replat is to replat the building lines as shown on said plat as approved by the
Board of Adjustment for the City of Little Rock in a meeting held on November 30, 1998.
All buildings constructed on said lot shall be constructed no nearer to the street than the building
line shown on plat. All Buildings shall be constructed in conformance with the Building Code and Zoning
Ordinance of the City of Little Rock, AR -
