KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENT
That whereas Adell A. Fogleman Revocable Trust is the owner of: All of Lot 31, the West 20 feet and part of
Lot 30, described as follows: Beginning at the NE comer of Lot 30; thence Southeasterly along the lot line between Lots
30 and 31, a distance of 143 feet to the SE comer of Lot 30; thence Westerly along the South line of Lot 30, a distance fo
10 feet to a point' thence Northerly to a point on the North line of Lot 30; thence Easterly along the North line of Lot 30 a
distance of 0.6 feet to the Northeast corner of Lot 30, the point of beginning, all in Lot Grandview Addition to the City of
Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas.
That hereinafter Adell A. Fogleman Revocable Trust is termed grantor and has caused the said tract of land
to by surveyed by Brooks Surveying Inc., Professional Land Surveyors and a plat thereof made which is identified by
the title of Lot 31 R, GRANDVIEW ADDITION to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas. By the
signature of the said surveyor and the said grantor and bears a Certificate of Approval executed by the Little Rock
Planning Commission and is on record in the Office of Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski County,
Arkansas as Instrument No. and the grantors do hereby make this Bill of Assurance.
The grantors do hereby certify that they platted said real estate in accordance with said Plat. The lands
embraced in said plat shall be forever known as designated on said plat and every deed of conveyance for said property
shall use this designation.
The purpose of this plat is to amend the building line as approved by Little Rock Board of Adjustments Case Z -
8944.
All Buildings and structures constructed on said property shall conform to the rules and regulations of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas and as approved by the Board of Adjustments.
The filing of this Bill of Assurance and plat for record in the Office of the Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of
Pulaski County shall be valid and complete delivery and dedication of the streets and easements shown on the said plat.
