Project is to be completed as amended and as approved by Historic District Commission in the
April 11, 2016 hearing.
Change North door to be like front west door which is a solid door with narrow vertical pane
like.
Handrail was not approved at the HDC. Do not install.

approved COA, applicant shall notify Commission Staff and take appropriate actions. Approval
by the Commission does not excuse applicant from compliance with other applicable codes,
ordinance, or policies of the city unless stated by the Commission or Staff. Responsibility for
identifying such codes, ordinances, or processes rests with the applicant, owner or agent. Any
changes or variations to the plan set that was submitted on February 24, 2017 shall be
submitted to Staff prior to construction.
