Attached are the survey, application, affidavit, and filing fee for the above referenced project.
The owners of this project would like to rezone the property from C-3 to R-5. This property contains
approximately 0.16 acres and is located near the southwest corner of Pearl Avenue and West
Markham Street.
The existing landowner is Forward Properties, LLC, and the Source of Title is Instrument Number 2022-
066805. The applicable existing covenants and restrictions on the land are from 1913 when the final
plat was recorded. The source of water is from Central Arkansas Water with the wastewater disposal
being collected by Little Rock Water Reclamation Authority.
Please place this item on the next available Planning Commission agenda. Please do not hesitate to
