Dear Mr. Jordan,
On behalf of our client, we are proposing a Rezone. This property is currently a Zoned R-2
residential. We are proposing to rezone to PZD. Our client proposes to build 50 x 60 building
for office space and will include 2 garage door bay areas for their construction company which
has 6 office employees and 6 construction crews. Thank you for your time and consideration.
We are asking to be placed on the November 2024 Planning Agenda.
