Please submit revised site plans, if applicable, along with any written responses. All documents should be submitted to both of the following email addresses: dstafford@littlerock.gov AND tthrower@littlerock.gov RE: Z-10061 Flores Office-Warehouse – PD-O 7524 Fairfield Drive Development Staff Comments: 1. Provide building elevations. 2. Provide cross-sections 3. Provide uses that are to take place within each building. 4. Show locations of the two garage doors as referred to in the cover letter. 5. Will there be a dumpster on site?  If so, it will be required to be screened according to Section 36-523 (d) of the Zoning Code. 6. Provide, at a minimum, a six (6) foot tall opaque fence along the East property line as per code requirements. 7. Any sight lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties.  8. Any new signage placed on-site must comply with Section 36-553 of the Zoning Code.  9. Provide hours and days of operation.
