Legal Description

T-2-N, R-13-W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, being more particularly described as: Commencing at
a found 4" Concrete Monument marking the Northwest Comer of the W1/2 SW1/4 SE1/4,
Section 18, T-2—N, R-13-W; thence South along the West line of said W1/2 SW1/4 SE1/4,
255.93' to a set 1/2" Rebar on the South Right -of -Way of Pinnacle Valley Road for the Point
of Beginning; thence S 49011'08' E along said Right -of -Way being 25 feet from and parallel to
the centerline of Pinnacle Valley Road 384.3' to the point of curvature of a 792.6' radius curve
to the right; thence along said curve having a chord bearing of S 42°38'08" E and chord length of
