a found 4" Concrete Monument marking the Northwest Comer of the W1/2 SW1/4 SEt/4,

255.93' to a set 1 /2" Rebar on the South Right -of -Way of Pinnacle Valley Road for the Point
L.P. Fields of Beginning; thence S 500 58' E along said Right -of -Way being 25 feet from and parallel to
PDC the centerline of Pinnacle Valley Road 384.3' to the point of curvature of a 792.6' radius curve
to the right; thence along said curve having a chord bearing of S 44P 25' E and chord length of
182.98'; thence S 370 47' E along said Right -of -Way 386.93' to the East line of said W1/2 SW1/4
SEI/4; thence South along the East line of said W1/2 SW1/4 SE1/4, 394.2'to a found 1/2" rebar
