T-1—N, R-13—W, City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the North Right of Way line
of Baseline Road and the Southerly Right of Way line of Inter—
state 30; thence along said Southerly Right of Way line of
Interstate 30, N 65 48'49" E, 309.50 feet to a found 1/2"
rebar; thence continuing along the Southerly Right of Way line
of Interstate 30, N 65'54'39" E, 144.85 feet to a found 1/2"
rebar; thence S 01'41'31" E, 226.56 feet to a point on the North
Right of Way line of Baseline Road; thence along the North Right
of Way line of Baseline Road N 87'42'06" W, 37.53 feet to a found
AHTD Right of Way Monument; thence continuing along the North
Right of Way line of Baseline Road, S 02'29'55" W, 28.26 feet to
a found AHTD Right of Way Monument; thence continuing along
the North Right of Way line of Baseline Road, N 87'59'27" W, 164.90
feet to a set 1/2" rebar; thence continuing along the North
Right of Way line of Baseline Road, S 89'14'28" W, 40.07 feet to a
found AHTD Right of Way Monument; thence continuing along the
North Right of Way line of Baseline Road, N 87'58'34" W, 104.91 feet
to a found AHTD Right of Way Monument; thence continuing along
the North Right of Way of Baseline Road, N 84'08'57" W, 74.87 feet
to a found AHTD Right of Way Monument; thence along the North
Right of Way fine of Baseline Road N 01'51'32" W, 50.71 feet to a
found 1/2' rebar to the POINT OF BEGINNING, containing 1.470 Acres

I, Lee D. Kendrick certify that a Boundary Survey was done
on the Property shown hereon by a D.C.I. Field Crew under my supervision and
this drawing is an accurate portrayal of the Survey results. All pins set in
accordance with existing found monuments in the area.
Rights of Way and Easements are as shown. Additional Easements and Rights of Ways,
recorded or not a part of the public record, may or may not exist. These easements,
if present, were not part of the documentation uncovered to prepare this Survey.
Above ground utilities were located by visible observation only and shown
hereon as located by DCI field crew. Buried utilities are as shown per location
provided by Arkansas One Call and are shown hereon by visible observation
only. All utility locations shown hereon are approximate. No excavation has
taken place as of this date to determine the exact location of existing
underground utilities shown on this survey.
