BILL OF ASSURANCE 1998 APR —
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
THAT, WHEREAS, Gary W. & Claudia Barone are the sole owners of the following described lands lying
in the County of Pulaski, State of Arkansas, to wit:
The North 20.00 feet of Lot 61 and the South 30.00 feet of Lot 62, Shadowlawn Addition to the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas.
AND, WHEREAS, it is desirable that all of the above described property be replatted.
NOW THEREFORE WITNESSETH:
THAT WE, the said Gary W. & Claudia Barone hereinafter termed grantor(s), have caused said tract of land
to be surveyed by Gregory T. Sullivan, a Registered Professional Land Surveyor, and a plat thereof made
which is identified by the title "Barone's Replat of the North 20' of Lot 61 & the South 30' of Lot 62,
Shadowlawn Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas", and the date March 20, 1998, and by the
signature of the Circuit Clerk and ex-0fficio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, in Plat Book 1 Page
_ and the grantor(s) do hereby make this Bill of Assurance.
The purpose of this amendment is to: (1) reduce the platted 30 foot building line to a 28 foot building
ling to allow for the construction of proposed structures as approved by the Board of Adjustment of the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas, on February 23, 1999.
There are strips of ground shown and dimensioned on said plat marked "4' Easement" reserved for
the use of public utilities, subject at all times to the proper authorities and to the easement herein reserved.
The Owner(s) of this replat shall take their titles subject to the right of public utilities and the public.

Hereafter, conveyance and description of said lands by lot number as shown on said plat, shall be a
proper and sufficient description thereof.
The lots in said subdivision shall be sold by the grantors and shall be purchased by the buyers thereof,
subject to the covenants set forth in the parent document filed in Deed Record Book 201, Page 4.
The considerations set forth in the parent document are hereby approved by the City of Little Rock
Planning Commission. Any additional requirements, restrictions or statement are entered without review or
action by the Planning Commission, and shall no be considered part of the Little Rock Planning Commission,
and shall not be considered part of the Little Rock Planning Commission's requirements for plat approval.
