Commencing at the SE corner of Lot 3, Block 183 (said point being the
intersection of the western line of State Street and the North R/W line of
North Street); thence N 02'01'36" E along the western line of State Street
45.31' to the Point of Beginning; thence continue along the West R/W line of
State Street N 02'01'36" E 71.72'; thence SS 79'54'28" W 61.53' to a
point on the East R/W line of State Street; thence S 01°12'45" W along
the East R/W line of State Street 63.07 ; thence N 88'01'06" W 61.78' to
the Point of Beginning, containing 4164 SF or 0.096 Acres, more or less.

Arkansas (said point being the intersection of the West R/W line of State Street
and the North R/W line of the North Street); thence N87'36'11" W along the
North R/W line of North Street 170.59 feet; thence continue along the North R/W
line of North Street 35.97 feet; thence N 02'11'59" E 290.14 feet; thence
S 81'10'25" E 35.27 feet; thence 8 76`54'12" E 78.24 feet; thence

run North 05 degrees 23 minutes Easr parallel with the West right of way
line of North State Street to a point on the high bank of the Arkansas River;
thence run north 73 degrees 52 minutes West along the high bank of the
Arkansas River and parallel with the existing old railroad tracks 36.64 feet;
thence run South 05 degrees 23 minutes West parallel with the West right of
way line of North State Street to a point on the North right of way tine
of North Street; thence run South 84 degrees 19 minutes East along said
North right of way line 36.0 feet to the Point of Beginning.

353, Original City of Little Rock, Arkansas, sometimes known as Block D and
sometimes known as Block 183, facing North Street, and bounded as follows:
Beginning at a point on the West side of North State Street as the some is
now laid out and constructed, 145.05 feet North of the Center Fine of North
Street, where the West line of State Street intersects said line as now laid out
and constructed, running thence in a southerly direction and on the West side of
said North State Street 145.05 feet to the point where the West line of State
Street crosses the center line of North Street, thence in a Westerly direction in
the center of said North Street 94.5 feet, thence in a Northerly direction parallel
with the East fence of the Old Edwards homestead, and parallel to North State
Street as now laid out and constructed, 143.9 feet; thence 47.25 feet in on
Easterly direction and on a straight line with the point of beginning; thence
South to the center line of North Street at a point 47.25 feet West of where
the West line of State Street intersects the center line of North Street.
