The Contractor is responsible for any connection fees required by the servi_zg utility companies. 2. The water utility service line and meter serving the existing office Building shall be replaced with a one and one half inch line with metes. s-i.zed for a 45 GPM demand. The contractor shall provide a one and one half inch service line with pressure reducing valve and reduced pressure backflow preventer for the Car Wash. The existing service line for the office Building shall remain. The contractor shall field verify the exact size and location of the existing water lines. 3. The gas meter serving the existing office Building shall be used to serve tha Car Wash.. A one and one half inch line shall extend from the existing gas header underground to serve the Car Wash. The gas demand for the meter is estimated to be approximately 450 MBH. The contractor shall field verify the exact size and location of the existing gas lines. 4. A four inch sanitary sewer shall extend from the Car Wash and connect to the sanitary sewer manhole located on the north side of the site. The sanitary line shall be provided with a 1,000 gallon oil and water separator and a L,000 three compartment sand trap. The contractor shall field verify the exact location of the existing manhole.
