Dear Mr. Moore: Please find attached 3 copies of the final plat for your review. A copy of the Bill of Assurance is enclosed for your review. Please find attached the utility sign offs sheet. I will forward one to copy to Mr. Dewayne Dixon for Public Works approval. According to the Preliminary Plat there is a street directly south of Lot 3B. It is my understanding the City of Little Rock has an option to buy the land shown as Lots 4, 5 & part of 6 for a Community Center or Park adjacent to Police Substation and the street will not be constructed.
