in Plat Book "F", page 158 in the records of the Circuit
Clerk of Pulaski County, Arkansas and being a part of the
Southwest Quarter of Section 22, Township 2 North, Range 13
West and being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Southwest corner of said Lot 8B-R, said
point being at the intersection of the North right-of-way
line of Arkansas State Highway No. 10 (Cantrell Road) and
the Easterly right-of-way line of Interstate Highway 430;
thence along said Easterly right-of-way line of Interstate
