AND, WHEREAS it is desirable that all of the above -described property be replatted. NOW, THEREFORE, WITNESSETH: That we, the said, Milton and Janee Waner, hereinafter termed grantors, have caused said tract of land to be surveyed by Greg Sullivan, Registered Professional Land Surveyor, and a plat thereof made which is identified by the title Final Plat of Lots 8A- RR & 8B-RR, Country Homes Addition, Little Rock, Arkansas and the date February 11, 2004 and by the signature of the Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, in Plat Book —fi— Page 8q , and the grantors do hereby make this amended Bill of Assurance. The purpose of this amendment is to redefine the common line between what will be Lots 8A-RR & 8B-RR in the Final Plat and to establish an access easement to Lot 8B- The grantors do hereby certify that they have replatted said real estate in accordance with said plat. The lands embraced in said plat shall be forever known as designed on said plat; and every deed of conveyance for said property shall use this designation. E � C IR Ui :F9���coUNT`� PR The filing of this Bill of Assurance and plat for record in the Office of the Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski County shall be a valid and complete delivery and dedication of the easements shown on the said plat. All buildings constructed on said lots shall be constructed no nearer to the street than the building line shown on the plat, and all buildings shall be constructed in conformance with the Building Code and Zoning Ordinance of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas. As owners of what will be Lots 8A-RR & 8B-RR in the Final Plat, the undersigned also subject said Lots to the following covenants and restrictions: Any construction or improvement of a road or right of way over the access easement reserved along the East boundary of Lot 8A-RR in the Final Plat, and any plans therefor, shall be subject to the approval of the owners of said Lot 8A-RR as to location and width of the road or right of way within the dedicated easement, and such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.
