Quarter of Section 22 Township 2 North, Range 13 West, being

Beginning at the Northwest Corner of the said Southeast Quarter
of the 'Southwest Quarter of said Section 22, and run thence S 87
deg. 05 min. 45 sec. E for a distance of 195-00 feet; run thence
