Lots 7-R, 8A-R, and BB-R, Country Homes Estates, being a part of
Plots 7 and 8, Country Homes Estates to the City of Little Rock,
Pulaski County Arkansas, and a part of Tract 5, recorded as
Instrument No. 94 30311. Said land lying in the Southwest
Quarter of Section 22, Township 2 North, Range 13 West, being
more fully described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest Corner of the said Southeast Quarter
of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 22, and run thence S 87
deg. 05 min. 45 sec. E for a distance of 195.00 feet; run thence
S 13 deg. 36 min. 48 sec. W for a distance of 501.80 feet; run
thence N 76 deg. 31 min. 09 sec. W for a distance of 57.64 feet;
run thence S 01 deg. 12 min. 18 sec. W for a distance of 510.05
feet to a point on the North right-of-way of Arkansas Highway
No.10 (Cantrell Road); run thence N 80 deg. 50 min. 35 sec. W
